Dudonis Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an exciting, long-term commercial project.

Dudonis Construction is a family-run construction company known for quality, integrity, and professionalism. While we specialize in high-end residential construction, we are expanding our commercial portfolio with a significant project located approximately in Glassboro, NJ. This role will play a critical part in the successful execution of that project.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a large commercial construction project from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams across a geographically distant job site.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of a large commercial construction project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Review and approve submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software.
• Provide leadership and direction to field teams and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience in construction project management, with commercial project experience required.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, JobTread, BuilderTrend, or similar).
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to a project site in Glassboro, NJ.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Competitive salary range of $125,000 to $150,000, based on experience.
