Remote Marketing Specialist (Worldwide)

This is a full-time remote position requiring availability during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET.

Pay: $10 to $14 USD per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly proficient Remote Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth, increase qualified leads, and strengthen brand positioning. This is a performance-focused role ideal for a strategic thinker who can both plan and execute marketing initiatives independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email, and social media).
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
• Create and manage high-quality content aligned with luxury residential branding.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Improve website visibility and conversion rates through SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives and brand development.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, content strategy, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with marketing in construction, real estate, architecture, or luxury services.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
